Lincoln Constant

02.27.2009

This was the second installment of our 4 part shoot right up until Lincoln turns 1…our baby story package. We did this one a bit more traditional with a white backdrop and smiles! He is such a cutie…and the camera really loves him! His eyes just pumped the blue right thru the lens! We’re working on our new portrait site and we’ll let you know when it’s up, but for now check out baby Lincoln.

He has figured out the location of his fingers…that’s for sure!

Nate and Melissa, Lincoln’s mom and dad, will tell you that this shot was not easy to get!

He was a bit tongue-tied, though.

More later…also, add us to your facebook to see more! Click the link above!

Our first photobooth of the season was a huge hit! Adrienne brought a ton of props…of which, these big glasses seemed to be the most popular! We went around the property to find some other goodies, and some we got right out of our strobe bag! Check em out

Grandpa with his “ladies”!

Seriously, are you kidding me?! Big pimpin!

He didn’t bring that plant, but we had fun with it…

Jump up, jump up and get down

Normally we don’t do big group shots, but we couldn’t resist

The Bash cookies!

David’s best man was trying to whisk him away…we took photos

A lot more to come!

After all the blog, branding and website changes, we’ve been waiting with excitement to post Adrienne and David’s wedding at Lionsgate Center. Travis Broxton with Broxton Art came up and shot with us as this windy, and warm, day took hold! We managed some good time outdoors even though the windchill made our hands freeze! The light couldn’t have been better…and we had a great time with these guys. For any off-season wedding, it’s always a good idea to get things started a bit earlier than you would in the summer because you don’t get as much light for family photos or if you’re seeing each other after the wedding. Adrienne had some unique details including the unwrapped bouquet (exposing the stems…thanks to Sue from Kimball Floral!) and black pin stripped table cloths with white accents. Plus, the photobooth made an appearance (we’ll be posting tomorrow)!

In the meantime, enjoy some photos!

We have a lot of more to post including a great esession, some photobooth love and other news! Stay tuned! By the way, it’s been 70 in Denver all week and we decided to make a post from our patio this afternoon!

We’ve been working hard on our new site and new blog over the past couple of months, so we’re excited to finally launch everything! In doing so, we figured we’d post a little 2008 year in review! It was a great year for us and we’re so thrilled with where things are going! We couldn’t have asked for better clients last year and we’re really excited about all of you 2009 couples as well!

First, we were featured on Get Married TV for Jamie and Josh’s wedding in Playa Del Carmen! Click here to check out the video

Then, Brinton Studios was nominated for 2009 Photographers of the Year by Bludomain and although we didn’t win, it’s was an honor to be in the top 10 let alone even be nominated out of their thousands of clients!

A host of other features will be happening in 2009, so stay tuned! Also, we’re starting a couple of new portrait products including personal sessions for right around $100!

A couple of more announcements…if you didn’t see the facebook link above, please add us as friends so you can see a lot more photos of us and our little one! Also, we’ve started twitter, so if you’d like to get some updates here and there, just click the “follow us” link. Then finally, Brinton Studios is now on facebook. We’ll be posting slideshows, ideas, links and all kinds of goodies, so click here if you’d like to join our group!

Okay onto the photos! Thanks again to all our 2008 past clients!

Tomorrow we’ll post some more photos of our 2009 couples…both engagement sessions and weddings!

Talk to you all soon!
